• 3rd Trade: 06:00 PM – 7:00 PM (UAE Time)

• 4th Trade: 09:00 PM – 10:00 PM (UAE Time)

Each window is open for exactly 1 hour. If you do not trigger your terminal trade during that specific hour, the opportunity for that session expires. Missed sessions cannot be carried over, reopened, or added to the next window.

• Central European Time (CET): Your windows will be 2 hours earlier (10:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 7:00 PM). 

• Pakistan (PKT / GMT+5): 1 hour ahead
• 1:00 PM, 4:00 PM, 7:00 PM, and 10:00 PM

• India (IST / GMT+5:30): 1.5 hours ahead
• 1:30 PM, 4:30 PM, 7:30 PM, and 10:30 PM

• Bangladesh (BST / GMT+6): 2 hours ahead
• 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 8:00 PM, and 11:00 PM

• Indonesia (WIB / GMT+7): 3 hours ahead

No, deposit windows are rarely open. A window might open once a month, once every two months, or even once every six months. We strictly manage our capacity and only accept new funds when our AI terminal can safely trade them without diluting yields for existing users.

The maximum allowed limit is $1,000 per person. We do not accept any deposits exceeding $1,000 for a single account.

No. We operate under a strict one-time deposit policy. A user is only allowed to deposit once. You cannot add more funds, top up your account, or make a second deposit at any point in the future.

If you make a 100% withdrawal and completely empty your account, your account will be permanently blocked. Once blocked, you will not be allowed to access the platform, make new deposits, or open a new account in the future.

A standard flat fee of 10% is applied to every withdrawal request made on the platform.

Yes. If you request a withdrawal within the first 30 days of your initial deposit, an additional 15% early withdrawal fee applies. This means early withdrawals are subject to a total fee of 25% (10% standard fee + 15% early fee). After the 30-day period passes, only the standard 10% fee applies.
